Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of eCommerce operations professionals
∎ Set performance goals, provide coaching and feedback
∎ Order Fulfilment: Oversee the end-to-end order fulfilment process, ensuring orders are processed accurately, packed securely, and shipped on time.
∎ Collaborate with logistics and shipping partners to optimize delivery times and costs.
∎ Implement efficient order tracking and reporting systems.
∎ Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstock or stock outs.
∎ Implement inventory control best practices to minimize losses and ensure accurate product availability.
∎ Customer Experience Enhancement: Continuously improve the customer shopping experience by ensuring accurate product listings, prices competitive, and product information up-to-date.
∎ Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in all eCommerce processes.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
∎ Generate regular reports on eCommerce performance and provide insights to the
∎ Utilize data-driven decision-making to drive eCommerce strategy.
∎ Developing SEO/PPC strategy/marketing plans.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
