Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline in Commerce prefered, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Proficiency in Computer Office Management
∎ National University students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: Training on Distribution Transport
∎ Skills Required: Logistics Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Logistics Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Strong coordination with full Distribution & Transport Team
∎ • Ensure smooth delivery of Products through Company Vehicles & Hired Vehicles.
∎ • Tracking all vehicles and drivers
∎ • Handle Van Drivers & Van Drivers Helpers
∎ • Proper utilization of Company assets(Vehicles)
∎ • Ensure the quantity of fuel/oil of all vehicles
∎ • Trip calculation plan for all company vehicles
∎ • Prepare and share MIS of all company vehicles monthly/weekly basis
∎ • Vehicles movement/ requirement wise distribution planning
∎ • Other transport management as per requirements
∎ • Ensure customer service with priority basis.
∎ • Overall follow up on all company vehicles.
∎ • Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ • Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali in Home & abroad
∎ • Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ • Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills
∎ • Good team player, well-organized
∎ The Ideal Candidate should have minimum 05 years relevant practical manage position experience on Distribution & Transport..

Salary:
