Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review delivery orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities.
∎ Analyze delivery orders, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
∎ To prepare delivery schedule after consultation with sales team.
∎ Arrange vehicles required for delivery.
∎ Perform truck fare negotiations with different transport companies.
∎ Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
∎ Ensure smooth accurate delivery at each delivery point.
∎ Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving.
∎ Ensure that team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence.
∎ Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
∎ Oversee daily activities of the delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.
∎ Serve as primary contact for dealers inquiries and concerns.
∎ Researching transportation issues.
∎ Build positive relationships with dealers for business growth.
∎ Supervising daily exercises of transportation groups and providing guidance.
∎ Report delivery status (daily and monthly- in tonnage, cost & others) and develop required delivery documentations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 years experience including 5 years experience in pipe (SS, MS, GI, PVC, Furniture etc.) manufacturing company
∎ Should have good communication skill, and interpersonal skill.
∎ Should have good managerial capability, responsibilities and positive attitude in all aspect.

Salary: Negotiable
