• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), or a relevant engineering discipline.

• Candidates with relevant technical qualifications and strong experience in RMG maintenance may also be considered.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Maintenance Planning & Management: Develop and implement effective maintenance plans for machinery, equipment, and factory facilities.

• Machine & Equipment Reliability: Ensure optimal machine performance, operational efficiency, and equipment reliability.

• Preventive Maintenance: Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive maintenance activities to minimize unexpected breakdowns.

• Breakdown Management: Ensure prompt troubleshooting and repair to reduce machine downtime and production losses.

• Maintenance Budget & Cost Control: Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, control repair costs, and optimize maintenance expenses.

• Utility Management: Oversee factory utilities, including electrical systems, generators, compressors, and other utility equipment.

• Energy Management: Monitor energy consumption and implement initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.

• Team Management: Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team to ensure effective service delivery.

• Spare Parts Management: Ensure the availability of critical spare parts and maintain proper inventory control.
