Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Post Graduate Diploma or Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Supply Chain Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Diagnostics Centre, hospital supply chain management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ready to join within a short period of time;
∎ Should have strong knowledge & expertise in hospital, diagnostic center purchase;
∎ Should have strong knowledge regarding international purchase;
∎ Developing and implementing purchasing strategies;
∎ Should have knowledge on how to create LC;
∎ Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks;
∎ Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.;
∎ Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation;
∎ Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs;
∎ Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications;
∎ Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets and working to improve purchasing systems and processes;
∎ Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy;
∎ Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Laboratory and all other department to identify their materials/reagent needs and arrange the materials with a best price in the market within a short period of time;
∎ Work with finance team to determine best vendors and distributors and make sure that vendors payment will pay within mentioned time period;
∎ Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws;
∎ Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists;
∎ Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials;
∎ Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders;
∎ Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements;
∎ Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities;
∎ Arrange vendor meeting as per company need and shortlist the best vendor for future selection;
∎ Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service;
∎ Any other activities assigned by authority.

∎ Age 30 to 50 years

∎ Fluent in English & Bangla;
∎ Sound knowledge on MS applications program.
