Purchase/ Procurement
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for supervising supply materials at Projects in time.
∎ Responsible for accomplishing Market Survey on regular basis.
∎ Responsible for collecting Quotation & Price Negotiating with suppliers.
∎ Responsible for preparing Comparative Statement & submits to Management.
∎ Responsible for preparing Work Order & submit it to proper channel for sign/approval.
∎ Responsible for preparing supplier bills with necessary enclosures & Checking.
∎ Any other activities when required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be experienced in Construction/Real Estate Sector.
∎ Experience on Market Survey, Finishing Item, Structural Item, Billing.
