Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and coordinate the overall operations of the Shopping Complex, Residential Hotel, Party Center, and Housing Limited.
∎ Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and ensure seamless operations.
∎ Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across all areas, including occupancy rates, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and cost control.
∎ Identify operational bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and drive continuous enhancements.
∎ Maintain and elevate high standards of customer service across all areas of operation.
∎ Develop and enforce customer service protocols and standards to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Respond to customer feedback, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring their resolution to the highest satisfaction.
∎ Lead and manage a diverse team of employees across multiple departments, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
∎ Set performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentorship, and identify training needs.
∎ Promote teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, and employee engagement to drive operational success.
∎ Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage operational budgets, revenue forecasts, and cost control measures.
∎ Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation and profitability.
∎ Implement effective inventory management practices, control expenses, and identify revenue enhancement opportunities.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure efficient operations and favorable terms.
∎ Negotiate contracts, agreements, and service level agreements, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery.
∎ Monitor vendor performance, conduct periodic reviews, and address any issues or disputes in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all areas of operation.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks or hazards.
∎ Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard the premises, assets, and guests.
∎ Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term strategic plans and objectives for business growth.
∎ Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new business opportunities to expand and diversify the organization's offerings.
∎ Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and increase footfall.
∎ Maintaining liaison with various government, semi-government and autonomous institutions.

∎ Proven experience in managing operations within the retail, hospitality, and entertainment industries, preferably with exposure to shopping complexes, residential hotels, and community centers.
∎ Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
∎ Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
∎ In-depth knowledge of industry trends, customer expectations, and market dynamics.
∎ Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for operations management.
∎ Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
∎ Flexibility to work evenings.
