Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive & make call to the customers.
∎ Collect customer's feedback.
∎ Make Report to Supervisor.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries & complains instantly.
∎ Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated.
∎ Must be able to work on shifting basis & willing to work on Govt. holidays.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fresher's are encouraged to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support Phone, Tel Marketing, Call Center Supervision/ Management
∎ E-commerce sector
∎ Must have strong interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Computer Literacy is a must, English & Bangla typing speed minimum 40 wpm.
∎ Ability to navigate through software applications.
∎ Responsible, reliable, highly energetic, polite and hardworking, Punctual.
∎ Co-operative and challenging mentality to work with team member.
∎ Communicate clearly over the phone and demonstrate good listening skills.
∎ Experienced candidates will get preference.
