Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline preferable technical background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage customer care team, customer call/request and service engineers
∎ Prepare report on call/response/solutions
∎ Maintain knowledgebase database
∎ Make schedule for engineers as per customers given request and follow up
∎ Keep records technical services, perform by the engineers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Care, Customer Handling, Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone.
∎ Maintain excellent communication with all customers and engineers
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Perform any other relevant job by assigned by the authority
∎ Promote company's other services
∎ Perform the duties & responsibilities to a high professional and ethical standard
∎ Must have matured personality, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Must be sincere, honest, proactive & well mannered.
∎ Well Experienced candidates are preferable in this area.
∎ Basic knowledge on MS Office, internet browsing & Social Networking.
∎ Only Males are allowed to apply.
∎ Who have no experience need not to apply for the position
