Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling Tractors & Implements Service responsible for the whole country at Bangladesh.
∎ Ensure parts business and adequate parts stock at Service points,
∎ Network Expansion for after sales,
∎ Instrumental in organizing free service camps, Melas, Door to door Service, Product feedback program as per the target given by H.O
∎ Pivotal in conducting in depth warranty Audit, PDI and PDI Audit, Installation /re-installation at customer End.
∎ Spearhead operations for conducting training to dealer's representatives on new products, service & repair, fault diagnosis & rectifications, factory standard & manufacturer's specifications & on the user of special tools & instruments designed to reduce repair down time.
∎ Ensuring old customers retention to increase CSI as well as dealer's revenue.
∎ Implementation of new lucrative schemes to retain old customers in all allocated dealerships & effectively monitoring the results.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Ability to transfer knowledge and motivate team members;
∎ Reasonable oral / written communication and presentation skills;
∎ Helping sales counterpart & Distributor on understanding the market practice in terms of usage for pitching right product.
∎ OJT (On Job Training) to technicians and Distributors/Dealers manpower for day to day Job.
