∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct effective meetings with landowners/clients and negotiate with them on different issues to be arisen during development of the projects.
∎ Managing day to day office activities as well as business development works.
∎ Managing office staffs i.e. Recruiting Engineers, Executives, Peons, Supervisors, Security Guards and monitoring their day to day activities.
∎ Managing construction activities of the company i.e. dealing with suppliers, contractors and other related parties.
∎ Managing logistics activities of the company i.e. works related with RAJUK, AC Land, DESCO, WASA, TITAS Gas, Registry Office, Law and Administration as well as local affairs.
∎ Market Survey of construction materials on regular basis and report to the company management.
∎ Preparing of deed/documents related with apartment business.
∎ Candidates having experience in apartment business shall get preference for the post.
∎ Candidates must be sincere, honest, energetic, hardworking, patience, trusted and discipline while discharging the duties.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have prior knowledge of purchasing land
∎ Should have enough knowledge on examining land papers
∎ Hard-working mindset and positive attitude.
∎ Candidate must have computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator) and good communication skill.
