Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in Marketing from a reputed University/Institution. Preferably with science up to HSC level.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services.
∎ Developing and recommending pricing strategy for the Hospital which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run.
∎ Plans for the Hospital's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
∎ Recommending changes in basic structure and organization of marketing group to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives assigned to it and provides the flexibility to ove swiftly in relation to marketing problems and opportunities.
∎ Evaluating market reactions to major marketing activities and ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
∎ Public relation activities, health awareness talks, Seminar, Workshop & CMEs.
∎ Sales program to generate new referrals.
∎ Plans to sustain and increase patient referral from Info Centers.
∎ Create demand and build strong relationships with potential customers.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a reputed Hospital/Diagnostic Center or Pharmaceuticals company in Chattogram Division.
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal and written).
∎ Computer literacy and online communication ability.
Salary: Negotiable
