Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public University only.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding building plans section, elevation, structural drawing and election , sanitary plumbing's design as well
∎ Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labor to determine project BOQ
∎ Complete awareness of construction law and procedure of all safety requirements of the project
∎ Industrial Building project related work experience.
∎ Supervise project works directly
∎ Responsible for preparation of PR & materials issue & submit it for approval
∎ Check contractor work progress, quality with performance
∎ Responsible to handover the project within the schedule time
∎ Quality control of construction materials
∎ Day to day reporting
∎ Provide feedback to the higher authority related to construction problems and resolve those as per endorsement of the management
∎ Work closely with design team and understand the Architectural, Structural drawing of different project
∎ Prepare effective program planning, implementation & monitoring of project activities
∎ Regular monitoring of project activities & take corrective measures accordingly
∎ Supervise contractors work progress on site and monitoring adequacy of resources and equipment.
∎ Implement Quality Control procedure on site.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Factory/ Plant /Facility Management, Building & Factory design with 3D visualization, Civil Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): RMG sector
∎ Design software (Auto CAD,E-taps,3D MAX)
∎ Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently with the pace of time under pressure.
∎ The ideal candidate with wide range social networking should posse's determination to achieve target.
∎ Computer literacy is compulsory(Auto-cad, Ms word, Excel, Internet.

Salary: Negotiable
