Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the Head of the Commercial Department, the ideal candidate should have adequate job expertise and leadership quality to effectively lead the team members and achieve the desired goal of the company.
∎ Bank related all activities, (Limit proposal, Loan sanction, Instalment flow up, Export documents negotiation, Cash Incentive, BB LC related all workflow up, with others)
∎ The candidate should be capable to work independently in an efficient way. He should lead, monitor & guide all commercial team members to ensure that Import, Export, Export Documents, Customs, Bond, Licenses, C& F, Transportation etc. related Jobs are properly executed.
∎ ## Major Job Responsibilities of the positions are as follows:
∎ Leading, monitoring & supervising overall activities of the commercial department
∎ Ensure smooth operation of all export-import related jobs by providing necessary guidelines to the team members
∎ Ensure proper & timely LC opening as per the set policy of the company
∎ Ensure Preparation of export documents for Bank, C&F, BGMEA, EPB, BOND, Customs etc.
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of all imports.
∎ Responsible for all Customs clearance of imported materials operation with LC process
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Export as well as payment follow-up.
∎ Maintain effective Liaison with Banks, EPB, Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents, BGMEA and other organizations related to export and import documentation.
∎ Provide Vehicle program to C&F agent properly and timely as per import consignment and export schedule by maintaining proper documentation
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import and Export activities and submit those to management as per requirement
