Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ MBA Degree from a reputed University will be get preferable
∎ Skills Required: CF agent handling, Computer skill, Export, Import, Freight Forwarding, Reporting and Documentation
∎ Must have experience to work in EPZ.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Logistics Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring over all activities of import & Export section as per EPZ rules / law.
∎ Co-ordinate with all activities with all other section of Commercial department (Export section, Import section, Customs section, Bank section, Audit section, BTMA, BGMEA.
∎ Prepare & submit Export Permission & Import Permission from BEPZA authorities to Export & Import goods.
∎ Responsible for renewal of Bond license, Fire license, Group Insurance policy, Annual audit report from customs authorities.
∎ Fully liable for submission of Export documents to Buyer's representative office to get Inspection Certificate.
∎ Follow up the payment realization & disbursement the funds after getting the payment.
∎ Follow up with factory & forwarders strongly for Sea, Air and ICD shipment for on time delivery.
∎ Follow up with shipping agent for the shipment schedule, approvals & making shipping documents as per LC or S/C requirement.
∎ Follow up with inspection report & corresponding with buying house for smooth shipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Able to work under Pressure.
∎ Good Communication in English.
∎ Excellent Knowledge in Computer.
Salary: Negotiable
