Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Buying House, Garments Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer follow up & Shipment follow up.
∎ Import & Export Documentation.
∎ Ability to move and handle Import & Export shipments.
∎ Letter Of credit follow up
∎ Pre and Post Shipment documentation
∎ Make charts for shipments and biz data and keep updating regular basis and track shipments.
∎ Maintenance of proper documentation.
∎ Preparing Consignee documents
∎ Co-ordination with Customers, Sales team, Accounts department, Production
∎ Negotiate with CHA, Shipping Lines for best sea freights.
∎ Make proper documentation as per customer requirements.
∎ Loading Documents on customers portals as per plan
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ 5 to 10 years experience in Export documentation.
∎ Knowledge of Import & Export, Sales Contract , LC, Invoicing , BL , Certificate of origin,Insurance certificate, checking documents.
∎ Hand On Knowledge of banking
∎ Candidate needs to have good communication skill to be able to reply emails International clients.
∎ Candidate should know Mail/Outlook operation and maintaining records.
∎ Good English Communication & Computer Skills Required.
∎ Sea freight negotiation skill.
∎ Complete knowledge of Exports, Customs documentation.
∎ Self Starter
Salary: Negotiable
