∎ The Candidate should be B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed University with good academic background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Building Construction, Civil Construction, Real state Developer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Management, Project Costing, Material Management, Planning & Progress Monitoring, Overall Supervision.
∎ Provide Technical Solution to assign projects as per Customer Requirements.
∎ Regular Monitoring & Checking daily work report, Measurement book, Check list, Inspection Report etc.
∎ Coordination with department head assigned for the communication with the consultants time to time and ensures the timely arrival of drawing at project.
∎ Final Checking of Major construction works according to the approved drawing before casting.
∎ To ensure arrival of materials in time at project by coordinating with the respective project engineers.
∎ To inspect each apartment of project before final handover and ensure the proper solution of all inspected problems through properly care department and project Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good planning an organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
