Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure, Computer skill in AutoCad, MS Project, Excell, Good Negotiation skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure completion of assigned scope of civil work within the targeted cost and time.
∎ Ensure work planning and control for civil job assigned for project.
∎ Ensure execution of civil job by maintaining Quality compliance as per checklist.
∎ Certify invoices of all vendors for civil projects to ensure payment in time.
∎ Prepare BOQ and arrange to forward all necessary material requisition for procurement on time.
∎ Ensure approved BOQ and drawings are issued to relevant personnel.
∎ Check invoices as per SOP / site measurement / standard terms & condition.
∎ Highlight issues pertaining to resources (men, material, drawings, infrastructure facilities, etc) on a timely basis.
∎ Implementation of civil work at site as per project schedule and submit progress report periodically.
∎ Highlight any potential cost and time over-runs to in-charge project proactively.
∎ Keep regular measurement data of works in specified format.
∎ Adherence to quality standards for civil job at site.
∎ Ensure quality & quantity of materials delivered at site.
∎ Ensure Safety of internal/ external workforce by using PPE and maintain of PPE properly at Workplace.
∎ Resolve issues pertaining to the project scope and highlight issues requiring support of senior project members.
∎ Prepare work planning for assigned civil job.
∎ Preparation of as built civil drawing as per requirement and upkeep of all civil related documents- drawings, P.O etc.
∎ Keep records of any design change and incorporate in as-built drawings.

∎ Age 25 to 67 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate having Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering will be given preferences

Salary: Negotiable
