Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Manager for Reverend Abdul Wadud Memorial Hospital.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Hospital Management.
∎ Make yearly plan and budget.
∎ Maintain Doctors duty roster.
∎ Supervise Medical officer's duty and performance.
∎ Staff management, supervise and performance evaluation.
∎ Follow-up income and expenditure monthly basis.
∎ Ensure technical support for operate medical treatment.
∎ Ensure overall cleanliness of Hospital premises.
∎ Manage unwanted situation by the patients party or local people.
∎ Oversee the land, building, vehicle and other fixed assets.
∎ Monitor of nurses duties including their duty rosters prepared by the Matron.
∎ Monitor the activities of security guards and make sure they have proper understanding of their responsibilities.
∎ Maintain appropriate and adequate inventory or all medical and non-medical goods in the central store for smooth service delivery at all stations of the hospitals by ensuring proper store keeping through maintaining of stock registers, ledgers, BIN cards by the Store In-charge.
∎ Ensure that six-monthly physical inventory report is prepared and maintained in the central store.
∎ Ensure proper handling of power generators of the hospital by the staff concerned including servicing and repair as necessary for their long-life.
∎ Supervise and ensure the proper activities of kitchen, laundry, hygienic food preparation and cleanliness and solve the problems as needed.
∎ Guide drivers in maintenance of vehicles and its necessary papers properly.
∎ Ensure adequate staffing for all units and program in consultation with Director-Health and other management team members.
∎ Ensure and make commitment to develop an atmosphere of friendliness, teamwork, mutual respect, cooperative, non-complaining and learning to do excellence.
∎ Occasionally carry out any other special assignments given by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have minimum 3 years working experience on hospital management.
∎ The selected staff must stay in the free accommodation located on the hospital campus.
∎ Skillful in written, verbal communications and reporting.
∎ Expert user of Microsoft Office Package, internet surfing and e-Mail.
∎ Motorcycling skills will be seen as an additional qualification.
∎ Age and educational requirements will be relaxed for experienced candidate.
∎ The candidate should be hard worker, honest and non-smoker.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After being permanent upon successful completion of Probation period, the employee will be entitled for the benefits according to the service rules of organization including provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, kormi Bima, Kormi Sohayota Tohobil etc.
