Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC. Graduation degree from any reputed institution will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and supervise all security activities.
∎ Supervise cleaning of the building and its premises.
∎ Gardening and performing landscape duties or supervising others in these roles.
∎ Inspecting the building including heating, cooling, lighting and alarm systems.
∎ Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
∎ Sourcing, booking and supervising contractors for major repairs.
∎ Problem-solving skills for addressing safety, fire hazards and maintenance concerns.
∎ Having service skills for positive dealings with building owners and administrators.
∎ First aid for helping members of the community requiring basic medical care on site.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years working experience in similar position in residential buildings located at Dhanmondi/Banani/Gulshan/Baridhara/Uttara area.
∎ He should have knowledge of public safety and security.
∎ He must be a non-smoker.
∎ Excellent verbal communication skill is required
∎ He should have ability to handle the stressful situation

Salary: Negotiable
