∎ Diploma in Hotel Management/ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Hospital food service.
∎ Make duty rosters of food service staffs.
∎ Received cash from Customer & Hospital staffs & to provide cash memo.
∎ Arrange and coordinate supplies from suppliers.
∎ Responsible for the purchase raw materials for cooking food.
∎ Provide training to canteen staff about food safety and regulations according to BSTI.
∎ Responsible for kitchen management and cleanliness.
∎ Update daily stock ledger.
∎ To maintain daily cashbook, ledger book & sales.
∎ To responsible for daily sales & stock report to management & auditor.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
