Educational Requirements:
∎ While an undergraduate degree is preferred, candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accommodation and Food Management: Supervise and manage crew members' hostel facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. Oversee food arrangements and ensure proper meals are provided for the crew.
∎ 24/7 Phone Availability: Be available round-the-clock to receive calls and address any urgent inquiries or issues from crew members.
∎ Rental Booking Management: Handle rental bookings from clients, coordinating with them to understand their camera equipment needs and requirements.
∎ Crew and Equipment Allocation: Assign appropriate camera equipment and crews to fulfill rental orders efficiently.
∎ Billing and Payments: Responsible for collecting payments from clients upon completion of rental orders. Familiarity with bank transactions, deposits, and check processing is necessary.
∎ Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Bengali, as the job will involve communication with clients and crew members.
∎ Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operations, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email management.
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Maintain a well-mannered and friendly demeanour while interacting with clients and colleagues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is not necessary but preferable
∎ Behavior: The candidate must possess good behavior and be well-mannered.
∎ Habits: The candidate should be a non-smoker and have no undesirable habits.
∎ Communication: Strong communication skills in both English and Bengali are essential to effectively interact with clients and office members.
∎ Problem-Solving: The ability to handle challenges and solve problems efficiently is highly valued.
∎ Organizational Skills: A well-organized approach to manage rental bookings, crew, and equipment allocation is essential for this role.
∎ Adaptability: The candidate should be adaptable and capable of handling various responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
∎ Team Player: A cooperative and collaborative attitude towards working with the team is vital.

∎ Proven experience in managing hostels, accommodation facilities, or similar roles.
∎ Knowledge of bank transactions, deposits, and check processing.
∎ Fluent in both English and Bengali languages.
∎ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email management.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to handle responsibility and multitask efficiently.
∎ Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude

Compensation & Other Benefits:
