∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to Execute, Operation, Co-ordinate, Monitor, and manage export/ import works with Government officials, Stack Holders, Vendors & valuable clients.
∎ Dealing with Shipping Lines, MLO, Freight Forwarding (Sea & Air), Ocean Freight, Heavy Lift Vessels, Ship Chartering, Port Agency, Pilotage, etc.
∎ Preparation of offer for Project Logistics & Cargo Handling (including C&F Cost, Port Cost, Lift on/ Lift off, Transport Cost, etc.).
∎ Responsible for Communication and Correspondent with foreign & local Customers, EPC Contractors, and Logistic Companies.
∎ Aware of the Rules & Regulations of Chittagong Sea Port, Mongla Sea Port, Dhaka Airport, Beanpole Land Port, and other Ports along with Operation, Cost & Expenses.
∎ Manages all vehicle and operational issues including but not limited to the hiring of vehicles, bookings, inquiries, and invoicing.
∎ Drive process improvement through synchronization of clearance data with customers, providing updated SOP for clearance of customs docs on time, etc.
∎ Monitor costs of operation at C&F and provide guidelines to subordinates in optimizing costs whenever possible.
∎ Enable teams, through training and skill development opportunities, to deliver outstanding customer services/support that results in customer retention.
∎ Assist HOD in procuring new customers by providing market-competitive clearance rates for shipments that are initiated through RFQ.
∎ Perform any other tasks, duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
