∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, maintain and update the tracking list of opportunities;
∎ Formation of consortium to strengthen winning possibility;
∎ Lead Proposal and EOI preparation in the region;
∎ Develop, maintain and coordinate client relationships across the organization;
∎ Ensure that a rigorous Go/No Go process is undertaken prior to committing to the proposals with acceptable contributions;
∎ Coordinate for ensuring a consistency and quality in proposal submissions;
∎ Lead continuous development of proposal preparation skills in staff;
∎ Prepare and review of financial proposals to ensure and draw a balance between commercial risks and chances of winning;
∎ Adhere to SJ’s latest Business Management System (BMS) particularly related to the Opportunity Management, Quality Management Systems (QMS) and OH&S procedures;
∎ Exposure to company budgeting and strategic planning;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Should have good understanding on urban market scenario in Bangladesh;
Salary: Negotiable
