∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ MBA will be an added advantage.
∎ Knowledge of PPA, PPR & FIDIC.
∎ Experience working with National & International Contractor, client and donor.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish and manage strong relationships with all business clients.
∎ Promote the company’s value/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
∎ Develop, establish and maintain relationship with existing clients and ensure timely collection of revenue by tracking payment progress and ensure financial clearance for project and follow up with delivery schedule.
∎ Study current market requirement and identify potential client maintain relationship for any upcoming project.
∎ Communicate with potential clients or business organizations, develop network to grow business relations, attract corporate and individual clients and participate in meetings, conference, seminars, trade promotions etc.
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets or client’s needs.
∎ Review and analysis of architectural / construction drawings and handling technical meetings and dealing with Customers, Consultants, Architects.
∎ Demonstrated commitment to provide a high level of customer service consistent with organizational values and objectives.
∎ Supervise the business development team to achieve targets.
∎ Perform other responsibilities as and when required.
