Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Bachelors in URP/Geography/Geology/Civil Engineering from any recognized university preferably BUET, Dhaka University & Jahangir agar University having extensive skills in GIS & Remote Sensing activities in the relevant fields.

Job Context:
∎ BCTL- (Bridge Computer Technologies Ltd). specialized in Survey, GIS and Remote Sensing and a complete Geospatial based ICT business organization invites applications for the following posts from qualified and deserving female candidates:
∎ Position: Manager, Business Development
∎ Clear market vision, planning ability, excellent writing skill in English, excellent inter-personal communication skill, self-motivated, willing to travel extensively, excellent computer literacy, Adequate knowledge on the geospatial products.
∎ Foreign affiliations for the products:
∎ KOMPSAT Satellite Image, Pix4D & ERDAS Imagine Image Processing Software, DAT/EM Photogrammetric Software, Global Mapper All-In-One GIS Software, Terra Solid LiDAR software, Super Map GIS Software, Stonex etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare business plan and implement that ensure company's strong presence and expands customer base
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the management
∎ Identify emerging markets while being fully aware of new products and competition status in the market.
∎ Able to liaise between customers, internal teams and if require product supplier/ principals to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products, solutions and services according to customer needs
∎ Drive sales process from lead generation to close sales and pipeline management
∎ Prepare presentation for products and services following to customer requirements and present/pitch/explain to the customers.
∎ Preparing Commercial proposal/offer including after sales services proposition
