∎ Working experience in Physiotherapy & dental center/Aesthetic centre/ Hospitals/ Clinics are preferred.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and communication with a wide variety of patients, medical staff, and caregivers.
∎ Must be proper knowledge on computer (MS Office, Excel & Bangla/English writing).
∎ Excellent proficiency in english speaking,looking smart,polite candidates will be preferred.
∎ Indigenous areas candidates will be preferred.
∎ Working experience in Physiotherapy & dental center/Aesthetic centre/ Hospitals/ Clinics are preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handling Customer/Patient Care Services and Customer Relation Management.
∎ Solve Customer/Patient Needs & Problems.
∎ Business development planning & execution.
∎ Overseeing operations, including maintenance, cleanliness and efficiency.
∎ Ensuring that security and safety regulations are met.
∎ Resolve potential issues with patients.
∎ Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies.
∎ Uphold and enforce company policies.
∎ Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed.
∎ Supervise daily administrative operations.
∎ Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives.
∎ Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures.
∎ Maintain organized medical and employee records.
∎ Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies.
∎ Answer queries from Physiotherapist, doctors, and healthcare staff.
∎ Resolve potential issues with patients.
∎ Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations.
