Multinational Companies, Garments, Textile, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To execute and to make sure the dispositions of Environment, Health and Safety are being complied.
∎ Provide legal advice regarding corporate, contractual, mercantile, commercial matters, regulatory and legal labour matters.
∎ Develop software tools and databases that meet the company's requirements and that can respond to the needs of the business and the purchasing department.
∎ Comply with company security policies and IT department guidelines.
∎ Implement the solutions developed for other countries when required.
∎ Follow up on the requirements with the external Service Providers of the Purchasing system. Perform any other duties related to the operation of the company that are established by his immediate supervisor.
∎ Create and generate reports according to the need of the requirement by the representatives of the purchasing department.
∎ Detect and make improvements in reporting processes; as well as automation for those reports that are required depending on the recurrence.
∎ Detect opportunities for improvements during the review and analysis processes of information or data in the area and execute corrections and modifications of patterns and inconsistencies.
∎ Provide technical support to the users of the software platforms developed and acquired by the company for the Purchasing area, as well as training in the proper use of the tools.
∎ Meet the quality system (GQS) requirements related to his/her job functions.
∎ Understanding by quality management systems (ISO 9001): Documentation, work method, and internal and external customer expectations related to a process, product, or service.
