∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto Bricks Factory.
∎ Sound knowledge in Auto Bricks production, Factory operation and Sale & Marketing.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Auto Bricks Factory machineries, its operation and installation.
∎ Sound communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Knowledge on MS-Word, MS-Excel.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Direct supervision of the overall Auto Bricks Factory Operations, Production, Maintenance and Sales & Marketing.
∎ Planning, organizing, directing & running day to day operations of the Bricks Factory to meet the target.
∎ Ensuring the production quality as required for customer satisfaction and company expectation.
∎ Time to time communication with the Supply Chain Management / Procurement team for retained raw materials and other aspects.
∎ Develop the systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
∎ Ensuring the availability & storage of quality raw materials in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Ensuring the machinery maintenance in proper and timely manner for reducing unnecessary maintenance cost.
∎ Effectively implement sales, promotional and publicity programs as specified and assigned for designated channels.
∎ Identifying opportunities for promoting sales meeting for new clients, forecasting & determining strategies for achieving sales target through Sales Planning.
∎ Frequent Market visit, Negotiation & Rate Confirmation with clients.
∎ Conduct market analysis to identify new clients for growing the business along with increase sales volume.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
