Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Science (MSc), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer all export-import of Basic Chemicals/Reagent Chemicals/ API/Pharmaceutical goods/items and ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures.
∎ Monitor and manage all communication with respective authorities. Regular correspondence with the stakeholders/ local vendors.
∎ Assist in the procurement of different commodities, raw materials, reagents, machinery / equipment, office supplies and other services and supplies from local and international as procurement rules and procedures.
∎ Able to calculate costing for Raw materials, machinery & Packing materials.
∎ Collect competitive quotation from Vendor as per requisition.
∎ Collect updated Raw materials & Packing materials pice from market.
∎ Prepare work order & distribute to the vendors.
∎ Follow-up production/ Product delivery schedule.
∎ Should have knowledge in recent online VAT system and maintain documents accordingly.
∎ Developing local and global vendors according to products category.
∎ Maintain database on suppliers, conduct regular search for alternatives, and update the list of local and foreign supplier.
∎ Must have precise idea about duty structure, HS code and import procedure for CNF operation.
∎ Cost calculation and pricing of the imported products.
∎ Maintain a proper filing and easily retrievable system for purchase orders and contracts issued for the procurement of goods and services.
∎ To ensure and manage the renewal of IRC, ERC, Trade License, DCCI Certificates and bill of exports.
∎ Perform other related duties as required.
∎ Prepare documents for foreign procurement through LC under at sight / UPAS / Offshore Banking / Deferred Payment), Amendment, and release the shipping documents from the bank and reviewing all L/C requirements with PSI Company.
