∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Master of Arts (MA), Bachelor of Arts (BA)
∎ Skills Required: Distribution, Pharmaceuticals

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Pharmaceuticals
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
∎ month and end-year process
∎ accounts payable/receivable
∎ cash receipts
∎ general ledger
∎ payroll and utilities
∎ treasury, budgeting
∎ cash forecasting
∎ revenue and expenditure variance analysis
∎ capital assets reconciliations
∎ trust account statement reconciliations,
∎ check runs
∎ fixed asset activity
∎ debt activity
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
∎ Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
∎ Coordinate and complete annual audits
∎ Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
∎ Responsible for Controlling Inventory, Distribution and ERP.
∎ Manage all medicine stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
∎ Ensure the receiving medicines at store.
∎ To ensure the posting in related Ledger / Register/ ERP & scrutiny of records.
∎ Able to prepare and send the monthly reports: Value of Closing Inventory, Fixed Asset Report, Inter Project Transfer materials.
∎ Check physically stock of Store and compliance with record [Ledger/Register/ERP].
∎ Able to identify idle & over stock of materials and report to management.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
