• Develop and implement overall sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's business objectives and long-term growth plans.

• Lead business development initiatives to expand the customer base and increase market share in the flexible packaging industry.

• Identify and establish strategic business relationships with major corporate clients and key accounts.

• Develop business opportunities across FMCG, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, personal care, and other potential industries.

• Lead marketing initiatives for printed packaging films, flexible laminates, pouches, and other flexible packaging solutions.

• Establish annual sales targets, revenue objectives, business forecasts, and strategic marketing plans.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and departmental targets.

• Develop new market segments, identify high-potential customers, and strengthen existing business relationships.

• Oversee product costing, pricing strategies, quotations, commercial proposals, and profitability analysis.

• Maintain strong knowledge of flexible packaging costing, including raw material consumption, production costs, wastage, overheads, and profit margins.

• Closely monitor raw material prices, availability, supplier market conditions, and industry trends to formulate competitive pricing strategies.

• Lead major commercial negotiations with corporate customers regarding pricing, payment terms, contracts, and business agreements.

• Monitor market developments, competitor strategies, customer demands, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

• Work closely with production, planning, quality assurance, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Analyze sales performance, profitability, market share, and business development progress.

• Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, market analysis, and strategic business updates to top management.

• Contribute to overall business planning, revenue growth, customer retention, and profitability improvement.
