Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To look after Diagnostic & Medical Center operations and deliver high productivity through controlling, monitoring, analyzing & reviewing system.
∎ Regular liaison with the Drug Administration Department and keep up to date the applicable license.
∎ Manage compliance with changing healthcare policies and regulations
∎ Day to day Operations and Administration work.
∎ Create and implement strategic plans
∎ Branding - Promotion of this Center.
∎ Manage, lead and motivate Team.
∎ Supervision of entire Team.
∎ Coordination between higher management and the Medical Center.
∎ Proper Data preparation.
∎ Coordinate with Patients.
∎ Proper Reporting.
∎ Ensure the facility runs effectively
∎ Bashundhara Medical & Diagnostic Center is a unit of ARM GROUP. We are looking for a potential Manager (Admin) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the diagnostic center, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing staff, and optimizing patient care services. The role involves strategic planning, administrative management, and coordination with medical professionals to maintain high-quality diagnostic services.
