Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate work with other departments such as Engineering, Construction management, facilities management.
∎ Making details construction drawings to determine compliance with local building codes and regulations
∎ Develop construction schedules to meet deadlines while maintaining quality control standards
∎ Oversee all aspects of a construction project from start to finish
∎ Provide technical advice regarding construction materials and methods to ensure that designs are structurally sound
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for all architectural inquiries, requests, and concerns
∎ Oversee the development of new construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all blueprints and plans are up to code and meet the required specifications
∎ Work with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
∎ Manage a team of architects and support staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed
∎ Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, address concerns, and develop strategies for moving forward
∎ Review all plans and drawings before they are submitted for approval
∎ Ensure that all projects are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
∎ Obtain all necessary permits and approvals from the appropriate authorities
∎ Keep abreast of new developments in the field of architecture and incorporate them into future projects
∎ Serve as a resource for less experienced staff members, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
∎ Attend industry events and conferences to network with other professionals and stay up-to-date on new trends
∎ Write proposals and reports as needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge on civil design and Bangladesh National Building Code.
∎ Fluency in Working Design & New Site Visit.
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, customer relationship and planning/budgeting competency, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should have knowledge on latest DAP and BNBC 2020 and has to be enlisted in Rajuk.
∎ Must have experience in larger project.
∎ English communication skills and Graphic communication skills
∎ Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
∎ Strict adherence to deadlines
∎ Professional Engineer licensure
∎ Understanding of sustainable design, LEED certification and WELL certification
