Educational Requirements:
∎ At least a Bachelor of Agriculture or related science from a leading Institute/University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop marketing plan and strategies for assigned products.
∎ Develop loyal prescribes for assigned products.
∎ Generate new ideas for developing promotional materials for assigned products.
∎ Provide training to the Field Forces and support for implementing marketing plans.
∎ Frequent doctor visit to develop relationship and exchange scientific information.
∎ Monitor prescriptions and sales of assigned products.
∎ Conduct promotional campaigns and clinical meetings throughout the country.
∎ Undertake all activities regarding new product launching.
∎ Formulate annual budget for assigned products.
∎ Any other duties and projects assigned from time to time to achieve the corporate objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have 10 -15 years experience in the following area (s):
∎ Animal Science
∎ Should be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure. Command competent verbal and written English & Bengali communication skills. Adept at using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other relevant software.
∎ Should be prepared to travel across the country as and when required.
∎

Salary: Negotiable
