Experience Requirements:

∎ In-depth knowledge in all matters of property management.
∎ Working knowledge of accounting, book keeping and store keeping
∎ Writing skill in both Bangla and English.
∎ Proficient user of MS Office programs.
∎ Ability to prepare meeting agendas and recording meeting minutes.
∎ Ability to prepare periodic reports.
∎ Supervisory skills for utility management including payment of bills and maintenance.
∎ Willingness to perform any tasks as required by the CGOA to ensure smooth functioning of the property.
∎ Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the relevant field.
