Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Purchasing and Cost estimation activities for the organization.
∎ Implementing and maintaining the standard purchasing process, establish purchase policy and strategy with a view to enhance savings and reduce waste. Devising and using fruitful sourcing strategies.
∎ Make sure all the requisite and approved commodities availability as per the specification.
∎ Develop a purchasing & material sourcing policy, set a standard lead time for delivering to the end consumer.
∎ Initiate and develop creative and innovative procurement processes.
∎ Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders if appropriate.
∎ Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
∎ Develop, implement and maintain a supplier relationship and evaluation process to measure effective supplier performance and compliance.
∎ Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of requirement specifications and expectations of the company.
∎ Ensure compliance in all procure-to-pay processes & procurement rights.
∎ Achieve the set procurement target in coordination with team members.
∎ Onboard and develop value-added suppliers and nurture partnerships.
∎ Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
∎ Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
∎ Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
∎ Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
∎ Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
∎ Preparing detail reports on procurement and deliveries.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Candidate must be Hard Worker, Dynamic and Committed for Procurement.
∎ Capable to build a strong team for procurement to achieve the target.
∎ Candidate without having practical experience in commodity and construction materials procurement from local market in bulk quantity need not to apply.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Incentive
