∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtaining fresh initiatives (Considering Site Visits, Feasibility Analysis, Proposal Placement, series of meetings, negotiation and management approval).
∎ Targeting and budgeting for a steady flow of projects that will help the company expand. Sourcing suitable projects while keeping the company's ethos and brand values in mind.
∎ Coordinating the payment to the landowner with the accounts and finance department.
∎ Assisting with the design and completion of the DOA, POA, and Sale Deeds for joint venture and outright land purchases by the legal department.
∎ If necessary, updating agreements and deeds due to product planning and design modifications.
∎ Coordinating project handover and departmental & interdepartmental duties.
∎ Managing the project's approval-related documentation.
∎ Coordinating with other departments to make sure everything goes smoothly.
