Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc/MSc in Civil Engineering from BUET/ CUET/ RUET/ KUET

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Management, Project costing, Material Management, Planning & progress monitoring, Subcontractor dealing, Overall supervision, liaison, and preparing bills.
∎ Must have knowledge of detail building from beginning to handover the project.
∎ Must have knowledge of the Construction of Flexible Pavement, Rigid Pavement, and RCC Drain structure, etc.
∎ Should have the capacity to run projects independently.
∎ Depth knowledge of BOQ and cost analytical report of project performance.
∎ Lead the team of Engineers, Supervisors & Technically Supporting Staff independently who are subordinates.
∎ Ensure the project is being delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
∎ Manage project site to monitor construction progress according to design as well as Management decisions.
∎ Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with the project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
∎ Review of safety, serviceability, durability, and constructability with honesty & dedication to the service.
∎ Budget preparation and follow-up for modification work as per the requirement of the clients.
∎ Assist with renovation works (as and when required at the site).
∎ Checking contractor's bill for additional work.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping and safety security in the project area.
∎ Communication with the Head of Engineering & Construction regarding implementation works.
∎ Preparing construction plan and following up on the plan.
∎ Quality control of construction material ensuring wastage control during work & stacking materials.
∎ Able to maintain MB book & prepare the bill of quantity done by the contractor.
∎ Interpretation Soil Investigation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills - written / oral. Good at MS Office (word, excel & ppt) and expert in Auto CAD Design.
