∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in English, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics
∎ BBA major in Management will get preference. But candidates from other backgrounds having skilled experience are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD
∎ Skills Required: Communication and Peoples skill Leadership Skill Good Understanding o, Communications skills (both written and oral in English), Computer skill, Documentation and Reporting, Team Leading
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, coordinate, manage, and execute internal department activity and report to top management.
∎ Work as the key interface between the internal team and top management.
∎ Prepare reports from the team and visualize to authority to prepare for a better tomorrow.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Managing the hospital's budget, financial resources, and revenue streams is essential. This includes overseeing billing and coding processes, controlling expenses, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
∎ Oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows, resource allocation, and coordination among different departments. They are responsible for maintaining quality standards, implementing policies and procedures, and optimizing processes to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
∎ Ensuring the hospital complies with licensing, accreditation, and safety standards.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including medical staff, patients, community organizations, and government bodies if needed.
∎ Managing crises effectively, ensuring the safety of patients and staff, coordinating emergency response efforts, and maintaining essential services.
