Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To coordinate among different units and assist to run functions of office smoothly.
∎ To ensure the regular attendance of all subordinate employees
∎ To ensure proper maintenance of office records
∎ To assist overall sanitation, cleanliness and security of hospital
∎ To assist in repair and maintenance works of hospital on time.
∎ To run BCC works for subordinate staffs
∎ To keep role in quality standard waste management of hospital
∎ To undertake other duties given by higher authority.
