Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree from any recognized Institution.
∎ The candidates having MBA degree will get preferences.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Negotiate and administer the factory's administrative issues, regulatory affairs and utility related matters with relevant Govt. offices, local administration and other related organizations. Make sure that company is compliant in operating its business.
∎ Develop, integrate and lead day-to-day key administrative functions;
∎ Manage dispute settlements according to labor law, Factory rules & compliance guidelines
∎ Face internal and external audit to find loopholes and execute corrective action plan to minimize the audit findings;
∎ Prepare check list for developing, monitoring and reporting regularly to concern authority or management
∎ Related to admin, HR and Compliance issues.
∎ Development of proper systems for maintaining and monitoring of appropriate disciplinary action
∎ Procedures among staff and workers.
∎ Resolve the legal issues and maintain liaison with the law enforcing agencies and local administration.
∎ Lead to the development of system for implementation of the various Factory Acts and compliance stipulations
∎ in all working environments within the factory in accordance with customers' standards/code of conduct.
∎ Preparing and updating all relevant Registers as required by local law and customers' code of conduct.
∎ To communicate with local administration (Police Station, UNO RAB, Industrial Police & etc.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates should have well experience
