Educational Requirements:
∎ B.B.A. in Human Resource Management from govt. or private universities.
∎ M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from govt. or private universities.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform prescribed duties of Manager (Admin) of EEA Consulting & Logistic Solution Ltd.
∎ Responsible for HR Recruitment, Development, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Health & Safety etc.
∎ Organizational policies development & implementation.
∎ Automated Attendance & Leave Management, Payroll Management.
∎ Performance Management. Management of Disciplinary & Grievance related issues, employee relationship issues as per law.
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge on Personnel Management, Labor Laws, Company Laws and ILO convention in Bangladesh.
∎ Responsible for all Human Resource & Administration related activities;
∎ Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, labor handling, conflict management etc.
∎ To draw Action Plan & implement the same in line with the vision of the Company.
∎ Good command on computer literacy, MS Office, Standard Typing skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Perform marketing activities through online and direct client as per requirement of the company management.
∎ Any other task/s assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experience in online marketing, E-commerce etc.
∎ Should have skills in English & Bangla correspondences both in written & oral forms.
∎ The candidate has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
∎ Proficiency in Chinese language.
∎ English & Bengali type writing skills.
