Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain communication with the management regarding the project
∎ Maintain the site clean, green, enjoyable, and beautiful look all time
∎ Ensure the security & safety of the site
∎ Ensure the safety of the visitor and employees
∎ Recruit the security guard and supervisor to fulfill the needs of the security section
∎ Maintain canteen for the working people
∎ Maintain liaison with the local people, POLICE and local administration round the year
∎ Maintain the people management of working people
∎ Process the utility connection like Electricity, Gas, and Water with the concerned authority
∎ The warm welcome of plot buyer, serve hospitality and entertainment
∎ Update all licenses around the year
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): People administration, Public relationship.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
