Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in HRM or any discipline from a reputed university;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall administrative activities of the factory including Security, Canteen, Fire, Electrical, Maintenance, Store, Shipment, Transport ETC.;
∎ Candidate should have a sound commanding power over other relevant departments and should be able to act as a mediator between departments and make sure all the department are working as per company's interest;
∎ Should have keen knowledge in Labor law, Disciplinary action, Worker's benefit management as well as supervise compliance issues, HR activities and also Social, Ethical, Environmental and others Audit;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retd. Army persons who are experienced in the relevant field will get preference;
∎ Only male candidates are encouraged to apply;
∎ 10 or 15 years' experience in Garments Factory;
∎ Should have Computer Skill, Teamwork, Flexibility, Interpersonal skill;
