∎ During the 18 months of the program the chosen candidates will be exposed to various aspects of the operations with a view of developing them for leadership roles.
∎ Successful candidates will be reporting to the Senior Managers during the training period.

∎ Experience in relevant field will be an added advantage.
∎ Applicants are expected to possess strong values, humility, confidence, commitment and capacity to excel and a very good command of English and Bangla Languages.
