Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate in preferably from renowned public/private university.
∎ Diploma in RMG related subject would be an added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should maintain time and action plan (T/A).
∎ Receive training and perform duties in different departments, such as; Production Planning / Business / Material / Trading / Accounts / HR etc.
∎ Proper use of Man, Machine and Material.
∎ Achieve daily or monthly production target.
∎ Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
∎ Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers.
∎ Observe experience workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
∎ Receive training in functions and operations and operations of related departments and to facilitate subsequent transfer ability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent command of English.
∎ Expert in Computer operating such as Ms. Word, Excel, Power point, Email and Internet browsing etc.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Proactive and positive attitude for learning.
∎ Good team player, well organized, self-driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset period.
