∎ Solution Design Expert
∎ We`re looking for passionate, dedicated game changes to join our team and drive the future along with us. The Solution Design Expert (SDE) role focuses on pre-sales solution design for security Surveillance solutions & BMS Solutions. This role is responsible for working with internal and external sales teams to plan and organize sales strategies. The SDE analyzes the sales environment including customer expectations, competitive environment as well as the customer`s technical environment and define actions to be performed in the sales cycle timeframe.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Pre-Sales Technical Support, complex sales tool configurations, and systems design to implement systems software solutions and/or products. Solution Design Expert at Security Surveillance Solutions including Cameras, video management software, and BMS Solutions including Building Automation System components for the overall solution.
∎ Involvement at International/Local Tender Submission, Proposals & Bid Management. Work on highly complex product proposals and recommend the proper solution.
∎ Leads business-focused technology solution presentations at NSS, Customer, and Partner events and meetings.
∎ Guides Customers in their decision making within NSS Partners Security Surveillance & BMS solutions Delivers client value by managing project efforts of being on time, within budget and with high degree of customer satisfaction
∎ Obtain training and maintain knowledge of industry standards, new technologies and current issues.
∎ Provide technical expertise, leadership and business level consultation throughout the sales process for assigned opportunities. Use tools to help sales recommend the proper solution to customers. Consult, develop, and implement technical and related sales enablement plans with partners and internal/external customers to support revenue and margin goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years' experienced as a Solutions Design Expert (Security Surveillance & BMS), Sales Engineer or related.
∎ Proven success and experience selling Security Surveillance Solutions, BMS Solutions and services, a plus.
∎ Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor, a plus.
∎ Understanding of current system technologies.
∎ Security Industry & BMS Specific Certifications for VMS, Building Automation System, Access Control and Video Analytics, a plus
∎ Microsoft, Cisco, Crestron certifications a plus.
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
