∎ At RANCON Future Leadership Program-RFLP, new recruits will be designated as a Management Trainee (MT).
∎ As a part from our continuous business growth in Bangladesh, we invite dynamic, self-motivated & high caliber individuals for the position of Management Trainee.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learn, observe and perform as per business requirement.
∎ Understand each department's working processes and goals.
∎ Research ways to work towards excellence.
∎ Participate in company's strategic planning process.
∎ Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
∎ Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
∎ Prepare and provide regular, periodic, and other reports required by the management. Assist to prepare new business plan and yearly budget for prospective Business arena.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Excellent communication & presentation skill
∎ Should be dynamic, self-motivated and target oriented with positive mindset
∎ Should be well versed with MS-Office package
