Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
∎ BBA or MBA also applicable, if the candidate comes from Science Background (SSC & HSC) with having strong knowledge of the Chemical/reagent mixing ratio for button production.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ We like to receive a written report after completing the research on the following issues for the button production factory -
∎ Set up a standard on the chemical/reagent mixing ratio according to production quantity with maintaining the optimum quality.
∎ Set up a standard to minimize production loss.
∎ "Work & Time Study" analysis to increase the production quantity.
∎ Short out the way to increase productivity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Expertise or skill on the chemical/reagent mixing ratio for button production

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ No other facility except salary will be applicable for this position. After being permanent you will be eligible for all other facilities according to company policy.
